1. Participate in analyzing the root cause of faults and distinguish between them; Component failure; “ Process issues; “ External force damage; “ Environmental interference; Record the causes and troubleshooting process of different types of faults, and create maintenance logs;
2. Participate in the circuit repair of the repaired PCB board (such as broken wires, flying wires, and copper foil), handle physical damage to the board body (such as slight deformation and corner damage), and ensure the integrity of the board structure;
3. After participating in the maintenance, set up a testing environment to conduct functional tests (such as signal transmission, voltage and current output, logic control) and performance tests (such as stability and anti-interference) on the PCB board to ensure that all parameters of the repaired board meet the original equipment standards;
4. Regularly maintain and repair tools and testing instruments (such as calibrating oscilloscopes, maintaining BGA repair stations, checking the temperature accuracy of soldering irons) to ensure that the tools and equipment are in good working condition and extend their service life;
5. Communicate with the production department, R&D department, or customers to understand the application scenarios, working principles, and special requirements of PCB boards, and provide technical support for maintenance; Provide feedback on batch failure issues (such as widespread welding defects in a certain batch of boards), and assist in identifying production or design hazards;
6. Reasonably control maintenance consumables (such as soldering, components, and fluxes), prioritize the selection of cost-effective alternative components (with compatibility verified through testing), and reduce maintenance costs; Propose scrapping suggestions and explain the reasons for PCB boards that cannot be repaired or have high repair costs;

1. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office;

3. College degree or above, major in electronic information engineering, electronic science and technology, communication engineering, automation, mechatronics, etc., with solid basic knowledge of electronic circuits (such as analog circuits, digital circuits, signals and systems).
